Wedding of your dreams or Wedding day circus

Wedding ceremonies that children are involved in can be either; one of dreams or one of a circus. I personally have attended over 500 weddings and have seen both. I say let your heart be your guide then let your brain decide. Nap them, feed them, introduce them to your photographer, provide someone to watch over them  make it as easy as possible on them. I think children and wedding ceremonies can make this special day even more so, then send those under 5 home for the reception. What are your thoughts on this? I would love to hear from you.
